Brand identity and graphic designer

FAQs

What is the process for working with you?

I’m all about a process! Having a good process in place helps a project run smoothly and creates successful partnerships with understanding and transparency. Below is a summary of the client process:

Project process overview
Why do I need professional branding?

There are many options online for quick and easy logos, but your brand is more than your logo. Creating a brand identity is about creating a feel, a response to your brand or business. It’s making you recognisable to your audience and creating a cohesive, consistent brand experience for your audience. I’ve spent years doing just this for many clients. It’s nearly impossible to do this with only a logo designed on Canva. You only get one chance to make a first impression, so let's make it count!

Freelancer or Agency?

There are pros and cons to both options. I personally like being able to work directly with a client throughout the full life cycle of a project and not have the project passed between different departments. Us freelancers are also cheaper than an agency!

How much does it cost to work with you?

It’s hard to put an exact number on a project without first knowing the scope. I offer three areas of expertise, Brand identity design, Brand strategy and Website design. Each of these has a different level of scope depending on your requirements.

What are your turnaround times?

This varies based on the size of the project, the number of revisions, the speed of feedback etc… With everything going to plan, a Brand identity project could be concluded in 2 weeks, with an additional week if a Brand Strategy workshop is conducted, and an additional 4 weeks for a custom Website.

Where have you worked in the past?

I've been involved with multiple in-house design teams and creative consultancies in London. There, I worked with some of the largest businesses and brands in the world, from Burberry, Haleon and Natwest. I have also contracted for King's College London and the Imperial War Museum. But I have also freelanced for multiple years, where I've had the opportunity to work with some fantastic people in the sustainable tech start-up industry and small to medium-sized businesses in the world of sailing, construction and the music industry.
