Found a design that feels right? Click 'Reserve this brand' and I'll send over next steps. Once you confirm, the design is removed from availability and we'll schedule your consultation.

Consultation

We'll have a 30-minute call to discuss your business, refine colours, and align on your brand vision. After our call, you'll receive an invoice - and once paid, I'll begin customisation.

Customise

I'll tailor the logo, typography, and colour palette to your business. Once ready, you'll review the designs and have one round of refinements to ensure everything feels just right.

After final approval, you'll receive:

What’s the first step?

Once you've found a Brand Ready design you love, click 'Reserve this brand' and fill out the enquiry form. I'll then arrange a 25-minute call to discuss your business and align on the details.

What can be customised?

I'll customise the logo, typography, and colour palette to your business. We'll discuss the details in our 25-minute call. Once ready, I'll send the designs for review, and you'll have one round of refinements to ensure everything feels just right.

How does payment work?

Payment is due in full after our consultation call, before customisation begins. Once the invoice is paid, your chosen brand direction is removed from the collection and I'll start tailoring it to your business. I accept bank transfer and card payments.

Do I get a chance to change anything after the customisation phase?

You'll have one round of refinements included during the customisation phase to make sure everything feels right. Once you've approved the final designs, any additional changes after that point will be charged separately.

What file format do the files come in?

You'll receive multiple file formats including JPGs, PNGs, SVGs, and EPS files for print. Social media templates will be set up in Canva for easy editing.

Are the font licenses included?

Yes! All fonts used are commercially licensed and included at no extra cost.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available before the customisation stage begins. Once I've started tailoring the brand to your business, refunds are no longer possible—as the work is bespoke to you.

How long does the process take?

From consultation to final delivery, expect 1-2 weeks. This includes one round of refinements to ensure everything is perfect.

What if I don't have my business name finalised yet?

Brand Ready works best when you've already finalised your business name and core details. If you're still deciding, I'd recommend booking a brand strategy session first to get clarity before moving forward
